Cancellation Policy

You have until 48 hours before your appointment to cancel at no charge. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. 

Gratuity

Tipping your stylist is optional (but always appreciated)! However, for parties of 4 or more, 20% gratuity will be automatically added.
Gratuity can be accepted one of three ways:

  1. Cash
  2. Stylists’ personal Zelle
  3. Stylists’ personal Venmo
Accepted Payments

Once your appointment has been completed, payment can be made in the following ways:

  1. Credit/Debit Card – Each of our stylists is equipped with a card reader from Square, a widely use payment processor.
  2. Zelle – Zelle is a direct payment processor now used by most banking institutions. Once set up, it connects your bank account directly to ours, and you only need to enter our phone number or email address to make payments. With this option we do not see or store any credit card or bank account information.

We offer our mobile services in the Denver Metro area and surrounding areas, including Golden, Broomfield, Boulder, Thornton, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Aurora, Wheat Ridge, Highlands Ranch and Henderson.
